You are correct. I saw robust buying on level 2. This stock's price action is very tight, oscillating between .0012 and .0017 for the last 2 months with massive accumulation. This stock is being kept down by an iron fist. One day, very soon, the volcano will erupt and we will see back to back monster days of 300% gains with 100's of millions in volume.
That's not to say it will stay up there and prosper, but it will be the huge pop many of us are waiting for.
