Thanks for the heads up, I appreciate it. They mentioned they were going to pay 2 contractors via an S-8 in the two 8-k's they put out. So hopefully that is it.
That still leaves less than 500K tradable.
I'm trying to figure out why the holders of the original 78K shares would agree to the consultants getting an S-8 and not restricted stock. Hopefully there is some type of understanding as to the purpose of those shares and the consultants adding some value back in.
The real negative part is there just doesn't seem to be any buying interest or promotion.
