Sorry, Exporting the technology to any other "business friendly" country would make my point. Upon waking, I realize the thought of suggesting Russia may carry too much of a sting. Please allow me to modify my thought. Greece might be be appreciative. I'm no student of international politics.

We hear a great deal these days about too much government regulation. Why impede progress?
