Not only that, but all the news they've been holding back because they've stated they will not provide business updates until financials have been appropriately filed. As much as I hate not knowing what's going on, this shows the company is legitimate. If they weren't, they would be diluting and releasing interesting news updates to sell the shares while we wait for the financials.
