Let's guess that along the way a few shares have fallen by the wayside in an honest mistake by the mm and these shares must be replaced with the real McCoy. Let's say a few thousand shares or so.

For anyone who can think, you will come to the conclusion that what will happen here will happen. It does not matter who says what or who does what. The proxy vote is one share and one vote. It is not one person and one vote. Gerry Lenfest has 37 million shares. You tell me what will happen. There is more than one mm here who will run for cover once they understand that cover they must. Who will break ranks first. Some may only have to cover a small amount. Will they be first to run to cover. If they rush to buy shares will that not drive the price up. If the price goes up you know what they say. Rule number 2.

People rush to buy a stock that is going up and rush to tell their friends.

If they take the price down I will agree a few will sell some small amounts . There will be a few who will rush to the door screaming sell, sell. The only person that will hurt is themselves. There is no way out. There are so many waiting for the share price of Telvue to come down a bit you could get run over in the rush to buy I could make a suggestion for a short pause. They could take it to $1.44 in one quick motion. You put $1.44 out there and I know someone will think of selling.
There are some who will rush to sell thinking they will get $1.44. Not everyone reads ihub you know. Many people are much too busy. So let's say they have the ask at $1.44 and the bid at 10 cents. There is a simple way to beat that move and we will deal with that when it happens.

Those who live with bears must learn to eat honey. Us pigs like lobster.

In the mean time we all hold what we have and add when we can.

If spelling is your thing I think that's great. At my age it's not a priority.
