Cape Bancorp, Inc. is the holding company of Cape Bank. Cape Bank is a New Jersey-chartered savings bank. The Company is a community bank focused on providing deposit and loan products to retail customers and to small and mid-sized businesses from its main office located at 225 North Main Street, Cape May Court House, New Jersey 08210, and branch offices located in Atlantic and Cape May Counties, New Jersey and a loan production office located in Burlington County, New Jersey. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company had 16 branch offices. In February 2011, the Company opened a loan production office in Burlington County, New Jersey and closed a branch office in Cape May County.
