Wow! 2 legal cases against Treaty! I'll have to review them to see the magnitude and severity of the cases. Treaty by law must list this as potential liabilities and risks so I'll check that too. I'm sure they have that disclosed being a public transparent company. What state are these filed in?

Case 10-01042 and Case 12-01003

As for the form 4s, Ron Blackburn hasn't filed any and those filed by Reid show transaction that happened up 9 month prior.
