Not saying anything to the credibility of the articles.. just seems a little fishy that they would go after MP when everyone else is doing the same...
Also if this is real and they win against MP it would open the door for almost every supplement company to sue every other supplement company, because they all use a lot of the same names on all of their respective products.. i.e. PreWorkouts, PostWorkouts, and so on..
my opinion.. just seems a little fishy
