Dr. Bob reminds me of most of my professors.. lags on everything.

He also does not strike me as anything resembling a competent businessman.

I hope for his sake he just sells this company as soon as it achieves some level of success and returns to teaching.

We have to remember this guy is the CEO and everything goes through him, he has other jobs he does, other research to do, many obligations, I am not surprised at all at the rather lackadaisical method this company is run.
