Exactly - One of the few posts today that has made any sort of sense. If they stay true to their previous form, they are going to issue a half-assed PR and then fire up the printing presses.

If you had a ton of good news just waiting for signatures, why would you increase the A/S?? Answer: They don't and need another PIPE to keep the lights on.
