Im relentless in research on any investment and with PHAR i have spent a lot of time on. The reason. Your asking for proof, and in order for someone to answer you correctly, you need documentation. The paper trails most often grow ice cold on everything you try to do research on. Many things said, but minimul validation of anything done about whats being said..

Going back and looking at every Company Howard has been in whats said on web as far as accomplishments, there is little or no proof.No documents as to Howards involvent "to the degree" stated.
Are you suggesting we shouldnt believe these since there are no documents to back up most of the claims on web work history?

The links im posting are what i alluded to in my post to show relevance that past MGT practices in fda matters and the ability to see a project through are topics that are on some investors minds.
Might not be on yours, and i 100% respect that.

This is Howards company, his wife was Pres. and it is serious and it is relevant today.
Granutec recieved almost the identical FDA warnings in 1994-1995,
but Howard was already gone so in fairness i will not add that link. In 1996 they Granutec recieved high marks for turning things around. Granutec was sold in 1999.

On the bankruptcy issue since every single company researched they all are intertwined so in finding proof without going back and do tons more digging to find all the notes on this ,, ill just post you what caused me concern.

Lastly this link below, as with the above, if you read my post well it was trying to show relevance in past PRIVATE company and seeing if some of same tendancies in PHAR public company were happening.

This sounds like promises being made now. So for me , when PHAR nor HOWARD is being transparent as touted in the beginning, i find my own answers.
And i do think any HEAVY investor that does DD will be scared off seeing the demize and the lack of proof HOWARD can right this thing and safeguard their money.
