I think you need to look at the broad spectrum of media coverage by over 100+ article mentions and extrapolate the results to eventually include major broadcast and cable media outlets should Kim finally produce the golden egg ... errrr ahemmmmm golden orb!

Kim should understand his position regarding "the delay" sometime next week and I would anticipate a PR to announce the CC. imo.

Fence sitters should start a position IMO as it is my opinin that this is at the bottom. It's the bottom as far as stock price, company disclosure and shareholer morale, clearly. Warren Buffet buys when the blood is in the street. The bleeding has stopped and the CEO has announced that substantial news is on the horizon.

Twenty six days left in February. Kim says the news this month will set the tone for the company. He will git 'er done, imo.
