I really think Judge Block's hands are tied if the LTW Holders do not intervene as a Party In Interest. How can he decide if the LTW Holders are entitled to 85 % Net of the Anchor Litigation if their Claim is not before him?


If we do file a Motion to Intervene in the Anchor Litigation and at the Hearing Judge Block states that the right jurisdiction is Judge Walrath's Bankruptcy Court then I guess the only other option is Ben Bush's Appeal.


I am of the opinion that once the POR is approved Judge Block will award the Anchor Litigation Proceeds to JPM because of the GSA.


And so I think we need to act now if we want to be heard in Judge Block's Court .
