Maybe, because nobody is willing to Sell their shares.

Someone who was truly "retired wealth management" would interpret these numbers as an unwillingness for prospective purchasers to BUY at .0005. There is $8,619.95 available for sale at .005, if anybody wants them. What is weak is the number of people who want to BUY.
