Again there is no FORM 4 Andrew Reid is not selling. If this were a pump and dump and there was no oil TECO would at least need to cover their asses and do an amended 8K saying their geologist was wrong the mud log was incorrect or something so not to do jail time. Have you seen an amended 8K? NO? then there is oil and there is no contaminated water supply again submit your proof!
