the funny thing is 650,000,000 is only 6.5 mill lol. The good thing about this is if NEOM can turn it around and get to a point where they can stand without YA , 650,000,000 would be eaten up quick. On the other hand NEOM has shot there own legs a few times and they might have to cut them off.
