Ubiquity with a "y", and yes, it is not yet public stock. It is my understanding that at the end of the year, Ubiquity handed over the handling of their stock to BYN-Mellon. It is just confusing for my dad (in his 80's), not knowing if he has invested wisely, or if it is a scam. they keep telling him things are gonna really "take off!" and he keeps waiting...and waiting...and waiting...
