Poster, I think it's obvious both of the companies went private with a couple of interim intercompany mergers prior to going private. I can't imagine that CEOs can just dissolve shareholders in thin air without going the BK route. They obviously can dissolve shells when they go private. Of course, I'm not a corporate securities attorney. Just trying to use a bit of common sense.
