One last point: the fully diluted shares are 395 million not 338 million.

So based on your estimated case:

3.79 x 125M lbs x 70% / 395M shares = 84 cents per share

Using your p/e of 8 would result in a share price of $6.72

You should also note that 50% of the first few years of production are hedged with a collar of $2.50/$4.00.
