The AM-03 was filed on Jan. 27, 2012. There should be about a minimal of ten business days, assuming business days since the DRMS is a division of the State of Colorado so making it open only on business days like many federal departments, giving us around Feb. 10th the earliest the DRMS can announce a decision by, but probably won't come until next week after Feb. 10th. So, mid. Feb. we should hear something, and I think that should also be the week of our merger too. Big news... BIG NEWS THIS MONTH!!!!
