Take a look at the balance sheet. Over the past three quarters debt has fallen from 8.5 mil to 7.5 mil to 5.3 mil, while the shares outstanding have risen from 66 mil to 102 mil to 131 mil.

Clearly, convertible debt holders are converting their notes. If outstanding shares are now around 280 mil, I would think debt must be significantly reduced, though we'll have to wait for the quarterly report to see.
