Milo, my concern w/LBSR was the level of dilution facing the company due to the error JB made with A&P and trying to fleece them. On the surface, it seems that this type of financing is exactly what JB wanted.

This type of financing is smart given our history; it allows some drilling to verify claims and protects against abuses by the lender. We have a ways to go but this is a very good first step.

NOW, From this day forth, JB is no longer a sloth and I will no longer rail him. That said, he doesn't quite yet deserve 2 dozen roses. However, if he keeps it up, I will pucker my lips, put on my best neosporin lip antibacterial and kiss his a$$ and apologize, IN PERSON.
