They told us the same thing in the previous amendment of October 10,2011:

AS from 200 mln to 500 mln

"At present, the board of directors has no plans to issue the additional shares of Common Stock authorized by the Amendment."

O/S was 118 mlns....

Now O/S is 426 mlns....
