The winner of this contest will guess closest to the actual number of outstanding shares on the 10K filing.

To the winner goes the value of 1000 NEOM shares, or the price of a beer at your local pub, whichever is greater at the time.

My guess is 1,091,978,114

Hint: I took previous average daily volume then compared it to the percentage o/s rose over that time.
I concluded a certain percentage of average daily volume which are new shares.
