premiums paid in a buy-out vary. Sunergy proved up and current could be of great value to neighboring claims, a selling point to me 15 months ago. A caution might be the "insiders" could be persuaded to make a deal less favorable to stock holders for stock or jobs with the purchasing company. Seen it happen before.
