I agree the run-off-notes need explaining and we are still paying Art as he has approved this agreement. Send him an email and ask for a clear explanation, and what he would recommend us to do.

I am still trying to figure out if this very low settlement is worth it or opt-out may be the best path if we can form a group that can work in that direction.
