It seems to me that an increase in the number of outstanding shares is a good thing, considering that the company isn't drawing on any equity lines (according to the CEO during interview).
This means that the financiers holding convertible debt are converting their debt into shares... i.e. less debt.
Anyone know if there is a way to verify this without waiting for the next quarterly filing?
