AllState is probably not going to work with PhoneGuard anytime soon. I actually emailed them last week to ask about PhoneGuard, and this was their reply:

Dear (me),

As Allstate does not have any formal relationship with the Phone Guard, we currently don’t offer any discount nor do we have any future plans to offer discount for using this app. As Phone Guard app is not developed by Allstate, you were not able to see the app on our mobile page (http://www.allstate.com/mobile.aspx).

But Allstate has Drive Wise® program which does give a discount in 3 states (Illinois, Arizona and Ohio). But Drive Wise® is not an App but a device that plugs into your Car’s computer. You can get more details about Drive Wise® on our page http://www.allstate.com/drive-wise/main.aspx.

Sincerely,
Allstate Mobile App Support Team

There solution sounds like it resembles CellControl's product where you have to plug some device into the car's ODB computer. So for now, they have what they have, BUT who knows...maybe they will decide later to upgrade to better technology used in PhoneGuard/IZUP...

But I hope whoever replied to my email is wrong and not informed. =). Or I hope PhoneGuard will strike gold with another Insurance Company.
