**When a stock drops from dollars to .008, there are going to be a lot of angry shareholders, shorters, and general vultures attacking it constantly.

The company is unfazed. The two 8Ks last week told me they are shedding debt rapidly. The convo posted with Aaron Baker tells me they are close to rolling out a strong product and are aware of the impact on major clients.

These facts are not the signs of a company still on the decline, they tell me the company has turned the corner. Now, why is Goldfarb not CEO anymore? I don't know. Perhaps he just got a better offer. It happens.

Last week at this time, most had considered it done for awhile. Out of the blue came the first 8K, then Friday's AH 8K. While I certainly believe in taking profits, I also think it's wise to trade around a core position 'just in case'.

Fong didn't take the CFO job to file BK or to fail. That ruins reputations, especially in a city like New York.

The bottom line is whether this trades at .04 or .06 tomorrow, it's a company in recovery, and when you stand back and look at the chart, especially the weekly and monthly you can see the V shaped recovery in full vigor.
