You can't be concerned about fluctuations in price, at these very low trading volumes. They are not really significant, especially when you look at the total volume of trades.
For today, then entire volume of trades is LESS THAN $4,000.
That is insignificant, and in a day of such light volume, a trade of $300 or $400 one way or the other means nothing, other than some guy decided to make a trade.
If the stock sold off, with several hundred thousand shares selling at .45, then I would be concerned, but you have to ignore the noise in these little stocks, or you will bail out at just the wrong time.
Read the technical anlaysis; look at the charts.
When they are as positive as they are for CHRI, sit back, relax, and check the close form time to time. You'll be fine.
