And is validation from the IMF of the month old articles out of both Nigeria and Sao Tome reporting JDA sources as saying the impass over blocks 5 and 6 had been overcome and the JDZ would sign PSCs with ERHC for both blocks later in this year.

ERHC's share would be $9 million. Another $5 million due to Chad this year.Unless ERHC intends to pay the total signing bonuses of $60 million for 5 and 6.

What does this mean is happening? Was this not material? Why has ERHC been silent about this development? What does this say about what was found in Oki East? Inquiring minds ought to be trying to understand the answers to these questions. Understanding will make one feel better about our future and assuring of our future prosperity,imo.
