If the shares are no longer restricted and if they are not issued to insiders / officeres and if they were issued for compensation they can be sold into the float at any time

So freaking what? Its not freakining right to issue shares to family for unspecified consulting services. What the heck did these guys do? Theres not a single aspect of any part of the business that has ever turned a profit and yet family gets paid hundreds of thousands of shares for WHAT? WHAT DO THEY DO? WHAT HAVE THEY DONE?
