Why is it so important that the TA release the share structure,if Bob is willing to do that,in PRs?Does anyone think releasing that information in a PR is any less reliable then getting it from the TA?IF any company were to release false information in a PR,they are breaking the law,and what since would that make???????In any case,companies hide the share numbers when they wish to hide dilution,but CWRN doesn't have a need to dilute,and stated they wouldn't,so then based on that,a silenced TA is for some other reason.There is so much lack of understanding what the TAs responsibilities are,at least based on the posts I read,it makes me wonder if some even care what they do,but are willing to accept what they read on message boards.
