Thanks for answer, I actually think that a company (especially if quoted on a open market), should give informations when requested, otherwise it seems like they have something to hide (and have bad manners too).
I'm afraid, and I do hope to be wrong, that Hoffman paid the creditors with SAPX shares, but due to the low value they can't make enough money, so there is a pump and dump on the share price as to give the possibility to sell their shares and make money.
Obviously this means that the normal people always loose a lot of money on this game entering when the price run high, and doing what they want.
I'm in at .39, maybe on next run (if there will be), I'll sell my shares cause this game is too dangerous.
There is also the NASDAQ deadline of delisting..... and we are too far from the dollar land.
Graphically is very difficult to understand this share, we live every day on the hope of a news as Neuromancer cast or something similar but, be real, they are talking about this film since 4 years and at that time the cast isn't already choosen (how do they can start the film?)
I don't know if this company deserve our attention and hope.
Sorry for my english but I'm still (always) learning it.
Thanks again
Francesco
