The Company covenants to duly prepare and file with the SEC its Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for the periods ended March 31, 2011; June 30, 2011; and September 30, 2011 by no later than January 30, 2012.

MedLink has now missed its deadline to file the three quarterly reports they had agreed to file by yesterday in addition to the amended 10-K for YE 12/31/2010 they had agreed to file by 12/31/2011.

Charles, do you have any information from Ray Vuono as to why these 4 MLKNA financial statements have not been filed on EDGAR as required by the covenants of the forbearance agreement? This causes the appearance of a potentially major problem that the company is attempting to hide.
