One thing to keep in perspective is, although the O/S is a low 87MM (or no greater than 101MM by now) and will NOT go up without a vote to raise the A/S, the O/S was around one tenth of current levels last year. For the ATRN PPS to be Nasdaq compliant might be more difficult than some here would have you believe. I am "in" with a nice position here and think this will go much higher, but I am trying to also be realistic.
