LilBirdy, Mike is NOT the owner of RFMK, he a self appointed employee of the shareholders, even gave himself all of the director and officer seats, and thanks to the very nice 100,000,000 share gift he gave himself this year, he has enough to basically do anything he wants with the company and the profits, if any, that it produces.
