Could be as simple as a conglomerate to join the two companies with the sole intent of capturing the social marketing aspect of business. Spyder doesn't mention "social" but that is the primary target for Compass Labs (Unless I read incorrectly)...put the new technology that SPYDER brings to the table with the vast database of social networks that Compass already possesses and you have competition with companies like Microsoft Advertising, etc. It's all speculation and I'm sure we'll all hear the news in due time...still makes for interesting, albeit nervous chat. Either way, I'm in with the hopes of good things to come.
