Diamond just the fact of 3 simple things make me wonder my friend.

1. ATRN is no longer listed as a exhibitor for the SMX WEST 2012
2. Our CEO has updated his professional LinkedIn profile and is now listed as a board member with a line that says, "Served as company's CEO for a brief period in 2011-2012."
3. He became an adviser to a very close competitor to ATRN in November 2011, same time we got delisted and the stock price fell.

These are all very interesting points and time will tell.
