That said, there is a silver lining here...Africa time may actually work to our benefit.

If it is so egregiously tedious to cut deals with the JDA and SNP so that Total can get in...then perhaps Total will have to seriously consider buying ERHC instead.

Instant access to the other JDZ blocks, no fuss no muss.

The question is will Offor sell to Total if the price is low...and remember if Total is the ONLY entity that can do this, then they can command a sharp discount in the price.
