I guess they have 4 segments now with retail sales through Explorer. Profit margins of 15% do seem quite high. As I have mentioned before, the '04 audit should give us some additional insight. What you say does raise some worthy issues.

If the mill sells to KCA Garment is that revenue?

If KCA sells to Veltex Apparel is that revenue?

If Veltex Apparel sells to Explorer is that revenue?

We know that when Explorer sells to a company or individual it is revenue and when Veltex Apparel sells to distributors that is also revenue. If we discount all of what the Mill and KCA sell then they will have no revenue whatsoever and that doesn't make much sense.

I think we count what the Mill sells as revenue for the Mill and as an expense for KCA and likewise when KCA sells to Veltex Apparel. It may seemingly inflate revenue, but it cannot inflate earnings as a sale for one will be an expense for the other.

Of course I am making a dumb assumption here in that I am assuming the Mill sells only to KCA and KCA only to VA.
