"purpose and effect of increasing the number of authorized shares"
yes i understand that it is probably in every share increase filing and maybe i am just now noticing it... but since everything that everyone always says on this board will happen is pure speculation anyway (seeing as how none of us know anything).... would they need to increase shares for a buyout? possibly to issue shares to more people(upper management of the acquisitioning company) <<< that is basically the question i am putting out.. or is this a definite sign of reverse split..? If they are just going to issue more shares to people, that will in turn dump the shares on the market and drive the price down, then i'll buy in when that happens. But if its for a reverse split then theres no need to catch it on the low pps.. right? please feel free to tear my thought apart lol
*my apologies for the misleading original statement*
also when i stated none of us know anything that was not a shot at anyone, except for maybe MP management for not telling us anything..
