I do not think the RS for a bigger exchange. The company is way behind in filing. I think it is for the float and volume activity and appearance to investors.
I noticed AR acts over the last year, if you recall the 8% funding that was mentioned and then we left in the dark for so long, same thing is happening for the funding with Steriwave. I think there is a funding problem; however, steriwave did not announce they are no longer involved, which is good assumption. I hope with new CEO, steriwave can work with them.
Positive things I see, Steriwave is still involved, there is a strong trust in the technology. The Company will turn out big one day, if management did not mess it up and properly planned for it.
