I cannot watch L2 all day, but I have been watching a lot today. Last week I just wanted to close the spread on the bid from .09 to .10 and picked up 10k shares, so I was thinking about doing the same today, from .08 to .09 just to start to close the large gap. For this reason, I was watching pretty closely most the morning off and on, but I never saw a .10 bid come up, just a sell. But I didn't actually see the sale go through.
