It's not a MM, it's a seller - whether an actual shareholder or Asher.

Someone is not very sensible. It will be the best way to kill a rally, to slap that big of an amount on the ask. I have plenty of shares, but when I actually do sell them, only plan on putting up 50k at a time and let the pps run and breathe.

I am too busy today, but I would be interested to go back and look to see if any of the directors actually got 39M shares as a compensation package.
