but IMO, if this goes below 4s real hard for it to get back to 1 cent or even to .008s, i strongly believe this was held tight by some longs here above .005s and no NEWS on certs renewal or application or funding might be a matter of real concern.
Video or tour didn't have much effect on this PPS, actually a negative.
