i've always believed the first rock tenn site
would be online and fully operational by the eoq (MAR 2012)

i haven't changed my mind about that .. imo and based
on permit info observed in a state rock tenn has a
facility >> i have to believe that is not only doable
it may well be closer to next week than eoq

i also fully expect the bldg currently being constructed
(pix provided previously by a few locals kind enough to post)
to be done by eoq .. and imo P2O processors to be manufactured
no later than april >> which is why i used 9 months for 2012
