I couldn't get an intelligent answer from any inquiries either ,but as i only hold a few h I checked the box, and as there was no box in front of % runoff notes to check just a line to be filled in i assumed it was part of the checked box pro rata and said 100%; I really don't care about H return or if i mess up the ballot as i expect a nice P payoff - I've gotten back in below 10 ...My concern is only that i reject plan based on principle; I just want this done and over....this is not advice but IMO
