From the recent PRs I thought that oil was being produced and sold. The RB dissenters have planted serious doubts about that, and shareholders have bailed out. It is up to the company to make it clearng if oil is being sold and also how the gas line is coming, since Clayton said that is was near completion about two weeks a go. Uncertainty, doubt and fear are the death of a pink stock.
