The simple answer is, I did not have to invest in SFIO. I put my good money in Roth's hands to make it grow. That was my part of the deal. His part of the deal is to tell me once in a while what he is doing to make my money grow. He has no more obligation to telling me than I had of investing. It is an unwritten rule that we become partners in the company and by duty he should not keep us in the dark if he wants us to continue to support his activities.
